• Pulse: Daily emotional check-ins with mood tracking and voice journaling
• Bond: Voice messages and multimedia sharing with connections
• Thread: Story stitching and narrative creation from your experiences
• Spark: Authentic honesty-first connections and matching
• Vault: Secure storage of your personal memories and content

3. User Accounts and Verification

3.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to use EMTRACE. Users under 18 should have parental awareness of their account. Spark Dating, Vault earnings, and other adult-oriented features may require you to be 18 or older.
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person may only create one account

EMTRACE maintains a strict authenticity standard:

• No fake profiles: All information must be truthful
• No catfishing: Photos and voice must represent you accurately
• No impersonation: You may only represent yourself
• Immediate removal: Violations result in permanent account termination

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share explicit or inappropriate content
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the service
• Attempt to bypass security or verification systems
• Scrape, copy, or misuse other users' content

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of your voice recordings, photos, and content
• By uploading content, you grant EMTRACE a license to store, process, and display it for service provision
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you upload

6.2 EMTRACE's Content

• The EMTRACE platform, design, features, and branding are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer our technology

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Verification Partners

EMTRACE may use third-party services for verification, including but not limited to:

• Twilio (phone verification)
• SendGrid (email verification)
• Jumio/Onfido (identity verification)
• Checkr (optional background checks)

These partners have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Safety and Reporting

• Report suspicious profiles or behavior immediately
• We investigate all reports within 24 hours
• Meeting in person is at your own risk - use common sense and safety precautions

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or fake profiles
• Abusive behavior toward other users
• Legal requirements

11. Disclaimers

EMTRACE is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Complete accuracy of user profiles (despite verification)
• Specific outcomes from using the platform

12. Limitation of Liability

EMTRACE is not liable for:

• User conduct or interactions
• Loss of data or content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
